Motoman MRC controller move Joint coord only,other coord (circle,tool,user..) not effect so diot lit when put to change coord puton .
not error message on displayed.what't the trouble,damaged?
some one help me please.thanks grateful.

Did you verify if the zero (home position) is defined? Maybe you lost the encoder zero of some axis and you have to define the home position. Hope this can help

Hi, not sure if same robot , however, Calisactoman has emailed me regards same problem & also has (SK16) MRC Alarm 1010.
I have attached the alarm flow chart for this & looks as if it could be E-prom fly board (MMM02) on MCP01 in main Rack.
Using a good MRC I have tried to duplicate your PP Coordinate changing issue and can't get it , therefore do as Alarm flow chart suggests &
disturb connections on the E-prom fly board if same robot.
Remember that these e-proms have Data for robot model (SK16?) and can only be swapped (for test purposes ) with one similar. -
Double check, if only external axis is ON. Then coordinate wont siwtch.

Hallo, I have de same problems. The robot wil only moved by hand in joint coord. Also the robot don't moved with test-fwd of test-bwd. What can i do.
It's is a SK6 witch MRC controller. It's is weld robot with a plc. Is this a problem in the plc or in the robot?
