So the problem is not only the 30m long, there are many other things could be the problem.

there is no mention of cable type, construction, assembly, workmanship etc.
The whole cable was split in two, one just for the VGA with a larger section.
The cable section is larger than the original.
The cable connection diagram was copied from the cable which is working normally.

We have a robot kuka KRC2, we ordered a 30m cable to be made (CABLE KCP) but it didn't show an image in KCP. I know the problem isn't the KCP because we have another cable and it works!
The cable distance can be the problem? If yes, what the max distance to this cable?
I checked the wiring and looks like is correct.

Hey guys so the paused only appear to be happening stepping through the palletising part of the code. Ran a job with a few random moves and it worked fine

ABB IRB 6700 GuardStop;Motors are not turning on in Manual Mode
Hello Everyone,
We have installed one ABB IRB 6700 robot for pick and place application.The Auto stop of the Robot controller is wired with the Cell entry Gate.So,Auto stop signal in robot controller drops when the gate is open and it stops the auto cycle of the robot.But Currently,when robot is in manual we are not be able to turn on the motors and the controller stays in the guardstop state.
Can anyone please share any insight in this.Let me know if you need any additional details

actually its looks like as inputs open in the safety circuit, but you said is all ok
Maybe the switch auto/manual is your issue
