You don't have to use port 2. Either port will work. Maybe that is your issue, you may have the setup on the wrong port.

Solve by substitution. Basic algebra.

You should look into vision mastering. It is an option that allows you to remaster J2-J5 of the robot using the vision system. I think that would work well for your situation.
If you ever needed to remaster J1 or J6 then you would do so by single axis mastering that individual joint then do a touch up of UT and UF if needed.

Application frame is for multi robot applications. For most applications just set it to 0.

Set offset Frame to 0, and you will get results from world frame.

Do both Robots have the same # of motion groups?

Did you get the posreg file from a robot of the same software major rev?

The contactors in the Estop unit are off the shelf components you can get from an electrical supplier for a couple hundred. Much cheaper than replacing the entire unit.

On LR mate the other RO outputs are wired to internal solenoid valves, so you can't use them.

Those only apply if you have those options installed on your robot. Can you compile and load on your robot if you delete those lines?

Keep a part counter then use modulo.
If R[x] % 2 = 0, ...
That logic will be true for every even numbered part.

Sure but that won't help your program. I would use a user frame, that way jogging and program movement are corrected.

How thick are the parts?

Check all fuses.

Follow the mastering procedure.

I've had the same experience as jmd.
Suspiciously, I've noticed this only happens with the newer controllers R-30ib+, not on the R-30ib. That leads be to believe they have a flaw with the newer system.

For MSG instruction to a robot register you can use dint or real. The Registers are 32 bit and will adapt to either type.
-
Use a program timer and after each cycle stop then move the value into a register. You would need to shift each value up a register to keep them in order. Then reset and restart the timer for the next cycle.

The advanced package includes a few other items. RemotePC iPendant is one of the extras. If you don't need that then the basic is fine.
