I have two problems:
1- I want wiring diagram of RCU 5000i (10 pin connector)
2- When I turn on the power source, the following message appears on the RCU 5000i screen:
"robot is not ready"
3- When I want to change the language of the RCU 5000i, I click on the language option, the message "robot is not ready" appears.
robot: kr16 krc2, Profibus
Fronius: TPS 5000, Beckhoff BK3120+KL6021+KL9010

We bought some used KR500-2 KUKA robots. However, all nameplates of manipulators have peeled! so we have no data (e.g. serial No., Model, manufacturing date and etc.) from these robots. Moreover we don't know which controller is for which manipulator and all controllers have formatted already.
How we can figure out which KRC software should be installed on each controller?
Please also consider some of these robots may have following options:
ceiling mounted
mounted on linear axis
extension on axis No. 4

I familiar with KUKA and HYUNDAI robot programming but I don't have any experience in Yaskawa Motoman robot yet,
In the next month fortunately I will work in a robotic paint shop so I would therefore be grateful if you could send me some documentation such as operation and also advance programming manual our robot is MPX 3500 with controller DX200.

i have question about $curr_Act variable
as you know 'Curr_act' is the current value of current of axis 1- 12 in percentage of maximum servo drive module current ($curr_max)
and therefore for example the actual current of axis 1 is: ($curr_Act [1]/100)*$curr_max[1].
but i don't know why and when this value is negative?

When I changed tow motors connectors I still had this problem
When I removed axis motor 6 the axis 5 moved correctly but 6 had error and
When I removed axis 6 and change cable’s of 5 to 6 two motors worked properly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I move axis 5 OR 6, I have this error with together:
1133 Hpu Gear torque exceed Axis A5
1133 Hpu Gear torque exceed Axis A6
I check data and power cable and motor connectors and also RDW and drivers (KSD8)
But I couldn't resolve the problem until now
My robot is KRC2 KR15-2
Please help me with your valuable advice
