Do you using multiple systems on your controller check with X start then make a backup. You can take the backup with filezilla or with using flash drive emulator
what is your controller type and which id password do you using for Filezilla
You should use correct ip address and password
hello i am not much familiar with RWS but if you can reach and comminicate with robot for expample RAPID files you can see joint acceleration, velocity, torque and current.About temperature i think your robots model must have joint temperature sensors like , PT100 or else depents on your robot model specs
Here is services about RWS ,
I agree Grahammy and other peoples , i think it is because of the axes mechanical limits
It would be a good idea to write a routine by examining the singularity points of the axes in the user manual of your robot model. Each axes should be in limits range otherwise faultchain will happen like 4-6 axes
manual way i think you can check from axes drives inside the control panel . and the other way is
Test Signal Viewer
The Test Signal Viewer enables you to display motion test signals
(e.g. external axes signals).
this software should be inside the robotstudio installation files
for more information like input and output currents please check controller pdf
I think you should update your MediaPool too.Is your backup supports RobotStudio verison ?
Do you mean the model of the robot? The model of the robot is IRB 1600. I have checked and found that a control module of 616-1 has been installed
Nice we got the version , and what about controller model ? IRB5 or S4C/S4C+ Do you have RobotStudio CD or RobInstall CD ? What is writing on controller ?
Usually multiple ways to see that also a software for checking signals which called by SignalViewer but it depents what model do you using, which controller ?
i think it is because of RobInstall version do you have new version mine is v1.30 or it is because of Win10 should i use Virtual PC ? I will record video and upload to show you sir.
Yes it is because of the version i found newer version of RobInstall and it works well right now. Mr Lemster68 helped me lot if you have any trouble on saving backups or rebuilding contoller , installing backup or anything we can help
i solved problem with using permission commands (BootsupROreset"FOLDER") on console .If anyone have same problem with capacity or undeletable folders just use permission command. It will help to clean up. Now i cleared hd0a, RW 1.40 system installed but i dont want to use that system want to upgrade 2.23 which is previous version from backup.
But i am still wondering , i have DSQC500 and backup version was RW2.23 how is that possible which version should i use ?
what is you controller ?
Did the directories still show after the xdelete command was executed?
Yes,i tried both commands xdelete and rm commands same thing happend.
You are welcome. 👍

Display MoreRegarding your questions:
1) The BIOS is stored on the Robot CPU board in a flash RAM IC. It updates when loading software of a newer revision of the same software or when updating to a version, 3.1 -> 3.2. DO NOT go backwards in software versions as it will corrupt the BIOS.
2) I assume you mean a flash drive type hard drive? No. That is the S4C+ and newer.
3) Memory in the teach pendant is used internally for the operation of the pendant.
4) The S4C does not use images. That is done by the S4C+ and newer. The service port information is also for the S4C+ and newer.
5) It means they are in an error state.
6) If the reason you don't have communications with the controller is a bad teach pendant, then changing the teach pendant will help.
7) If you have a corrupt Robot CPU, then change it. Just be very aware that going backwards in software versions will likely corrupt the memory in it. BW3.0->BW3.1=YES and BW3.1->BW3.2=YES. BW 3.2->BW3.1=NO and BW3.1->BW3.0=NO
7) on 7th.section What we should do if we have corrputed memory.Old RW was 2.23 and i try to install 2.23 but installing failed on boot screen then i installed 1.40 and BootImage is corrupted i think because of versions.I tried reinstall.Do you think hyperterminal procedure save the CPU and HDD.Controllers hdd is very fuzzy right now and no memory left also i cant delete files with FTP.Should i try to clean system with Hyperterminal
There is no bin folder. When you use Hyperterminal to connect, you would delete the image.bin file if it is corrupted and the robot will not boot. It seems that you will not need to do that now. However, you might be able to delete those files and folders with hyperterminal.
This is in reference to the second picture that you posted in comment #47 of this thread.
when we using hyperterminal is there any other code commants to control HD.About the reference,#47 when i enter the folder i cant see any file on TP but in FTP Filezilla i can see files but i cant delete them because of permission error. So TP dosent allow me to delete and dosent show any files in that directories.FTP shows files like key.id program.id etc. and no permission to delete.
basicly in hd0a/
-2 RobotWare version : 1.40 and 2.23 folder
-1 running RW 1.40 system folder no problem 3HAC6811-1.40
-4 corrupted RW 2.23 system folders 3HAC6811-2.23
and those systems has differend keys one is for RW1.40 other one is for 2.23
also serial numbers is different too
i passed the startup infinity loop after turnoff power and wait 3 min i have access to system. Now what should i do i cant delete those corrupted predownloaded system files from file manager and FTP too i cant delete them.RW1.40 is running right now. also RW2.23 files and other corrupted created system files inside the filemanager too what is your suggestion. What should be inside the hd0a ? I dont have /BIN folder.
