    Hello community,

What does Chain 1 +24v and Chain 2 0v mean? Are these terminals? Where can I find them?

When the Robot is in Auto I only have SRV0-231 and I can't get rid of it.

When the Robot is on T1 I have SRV0-231 and SRV0-232 (NTED input)

What does NTED really is and where can I find it?

    Thank you

    Hello guys,

Hey, do you know what is the reason why the fuse shown in the picture is blowing every time I press the on/off button to turn on the system.

    Thank you

Hello, I have this Karel program that makes the robot to move in a certain way. When I hit start the program runs just once then stops. Does anybody know what to add to the program so it can run more than once or do an infinite loop? Thank you.

    1. PROGRAM MAINT

    2. var maint_move : path

    3. routine maint_exe

    4. BEGIN

002 indicates that the problem is from the motor of axis 3. We replaced the motor couple times and the alarm comes back. I'm suspecting that is something related with the brake because when I release the deadman switch the axis 3 drops down. Does anyone have any ideas of what to do ?

    Thank you

Is it possible to repair the motor brake?

We replaced the motor from axis 3 (U) and that got rid of the failure.

Well. We fixed it. The problem was the fuse from the power unit. Turned out that the indicator or flag that tells you when the fuse is bad was not on even when the fuse was bad. That made us to get lost.

Hello. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?. I replaced fuses F4-F6 in the power input unit but nothing changed. I also replaced the entire power input unit and the problem persist.

  • S10-RH Teach positions change

    • May 13, 2022 at 2:49 PM

The teach positions change after some hours by them self. Every position moves up about 2 inches out of nowhere. We mastered the robot, replaced the motor of axis 3 (which is the one that moves the arm up and down), replaced path cpu, axis and shared ram board. Is this a mechanical issue or electronic? Thank you in advance

We have an issue with a Fanuc S-10 Robot where it is not travelling straight in any of the horizontal axis, this behavior started after replacing a servo for a vertical axis which is weird. We mastered several times and the issue won’t go away, we also replaced the same motor couple times and nothing. Does anyone know what could be?
