I have two identical setups consisting of the following:
KR125/3 Robot
KR C2 Control Cabinet
KCP KR C1 Controller
Recently a number of problems have surfaced and I've been sorting through them one by one ... finally one robot is back up and moving but the KRC screen is blank - lets call this Robot 1.
Robot 2 boots, and the KCP is fully operational.
I've swapped both KVGA and KCP between Robot 1 and Robot 2, and the no screen issue is consistent with Robot 1 - both work fine on Robot 2, so I know there is no problem with the KVGA card or the KCP.
Bios batteries had failed on both PC's, both have been replaced, and both PC's have been effectively restored to KUKA settings in Bios.
Robot 1 KRC deadman switch triggers fine, just no video. I dug up an old AGP card, put it in the Robot 1 PC, and output to an external monitor. Video works this way, bypassing video on the KVGA. Once up and running, the keyboard on the KCP is fully functional too. I shut down, pull out the AGP card, reboot - still no video.
Any ideas?
