Is it an ERC or MRC controller? The keystrokes for home position calibration vary depending on the controller, and the K3 was sold with both the ERC controller and the MRC controller.... do you know which it is?
-
Yes I know it is MRC

How to origin a Motoman MRC
1. Place the robot in teach mode from the operators panel
2. Select the customer key from the teach pendant
3. Choose the more key next to F5
4. Select the origin option (F5)
5. The robot will ask you to enter a code: This code is 00000000
6. Hit the enter key
7. Select the origin set option (F2)
8. Next select the all option (F3) if you are only doing one axis you may select each and then select the axis that you want.
9. Hit the enable key on the teach pendant
10. You will now need to place the robot in its origin position
11. After all marks are lined up select the execute option (F5)You have now created the new origin point for your robot. I suggest marking or scribing the axis before you move the robots.
Set Specified Point
1. Press F5 (RESET) on the pendent to reset the out of range alarm.
2. Press the TEACH button on the controller.
3. Press the CUSTOMER function key.
4. Press F3 (SPEC PT.).
5. Press the SERVO power button.
6. Press F1 (PSN CHG).
7. Press the ENABLE key on the pendent.
8. Since you have already set the origin position with the previous procedure, you will not need to move the robot.
9. Press the MODIFY key so that the LED lights up.
10. Press ENTER. The specified point has now been set to the origin position. -
it is that I do not know the origin position because it was painted and all marks gone I know of only two mark maybe you know how find out the origin position or anything you can offer how find out ? and inside control cabinet is written the coordinates :
SRS. NO RH 9003-4071-02
ABS. DATA ST.NO A-9
S 89
L -20289
U 22770
R -239
B 7978

Perhaps it can be origin position? -
I have attached a picture that should help you

This position I already knew but it is bad because not all points of work can be achieved , maybe yuo know other origin position ?

When entering the play mode, I get a notice to check specified point and when I hit run I get a 0360 error that tells me the specified point was not checked. Can anyone provide the process for setting the specified point on an ERC?
Thanx
