I am new with KRC4 (KSS 8.6.9) and desperately attempting to get my KR 30-3 moving. I am getting the following errors, see attached pic.
I've followed start up procedures per programming manual and I believe my issue lies with my RDC not communicating with the controller? I've checked connections/pins for X21/X31 cable & everything looks fine. Even tried using a secondary X21/X31 cable I had laying around and no change.
I am unable to carry out safety configuration due to "activation codes on the RDC not matching the ones on the hard drive". I've attached a screenshot from the firmware/hardware manager showing all my KSPs, CIB, & RDC in a state of error.
Where does the X311 jumper plug come into play? Because I do not have one and from what I've gathered on other threads, I need in order to put my KR 30-3 in set up mode? Many thanks in advanced.

KSS15117 - External safety stop 2
KSS15054 - Workspace monitoring functions deactivated (mastering error)
KSS15123 - External safe operational stop
KSS00404 - Safety stop
KSS00020 - External emergency stop
KSS00276 - Machine data do not match robot type
KSS12053 - Configured cabinet type does not match EtherCat config.
KSS00272 - No robot number programmed
