My company just purchased an LR Mate 200 iC with an R30 iA Mate but I can't find the Ethernet IP option. The seller assures us that it does come with the option, and sends us a screenshot of the roboguide where you can see the option installed.
Is this possible? Do I have to activate the ethernet/ip option in some hidden menu?

I can't find Option R538 in that menu, nor in SUMMARY.DG
So it is not installed...
Also on the screenshot he sent me there is something about IRvision, but on the robot there is nothing like that.

He says he will come to my workshop next Friday to show me where Ethernet/IP is located.
