Hello everyone,
We're trying to control an IRB1500 robot arm, but we're encountering a problem while trying to calibrate it. We followed these steps:
- Manual
- Scan
- Param
- Syncoff
Then we inserted the synchronous positions of each axis while adjusting the calibration marks on the robot. However, when we select the active option, we get the following message:
"PROG UNIT COMMUNICATION FAULT"
We've been trying to find out what the problem might be in the manuals, but so far we haven't found anything related to this issue.
Could someone help us by telling us what the problem might be?
