create image of external disk by Recovery

    My operation sequence is as follows:

    The original Kuka hard drive (transcend) is connected to the computer using USB TO SATA, and the resource manager can see the drive letter

    Open kuka.recovery, click "create image of external disk by Recovery", and a prompt as shown in the figure will appear.

    Kuka.revovery 4.01, please let me know if there is any additional information that needs to be added.

    May I ask what is the issue with not recognizing the hard drive, the operation method, or the adapter cable?

    The Kuka stick is intended to make backups of internal disks, not external disks. Why don't you use the stick on Kuka cabinet? When you have the Kuka stick you don't have to use the disk on external pc. This is only necessary if you don't have the Kuka stick, then you can use a backup software of your choice.

    We have some customer workshops where the storage devices taken out need to be formatted, so I cannot bring the kuka stick to the site, but take out the hard drive.
