Hi all
these errors appeared when I initilized the system from the maintenance mode .even when I set up the CMOS BACKUP the robot doesn t move at all it can t enable the power .
please any help about it

You'll have to call your local Yaskawa service department to get a service person to come and un brick this robot.

The CF card on the cpu board damaged or the files in the CF card have problem.
If you have backup from CF card before this problem, copy on the CF card and test it. If problem don't solve, change CF card with a new one.
