Need Red Tag line in new install robot

    Hello All,

    I am facing an issue regarding an issue.

    I have 2 robots from Porsche. During the power on i am getting red tag line in the top of the smartpad. And on the other robot i am not getting the red tag line.

    After that when we reset from the PLC the red line will be gone.

    Both the robots have same error list.

    Now customer wants this res tag line during the powering on start condition.

    I am attaching the photo of the Both smart pad together and also mentioning the necessary details below.

    KSS 8.3.22 both robots.

    Profisafe 2.4

    and all configuration settings are same in both the robots.

    what are the possible causes for not getting this red line.

    I want this Red tag line in the other robot during power restart condition.

    read the SafeOp manual

    when robot safety interface is not configured, you get gray banner and there is no way to move robot even in startup mode

    when safety interface is configured as one of fieldbus types (ProfiSafe,CipSafety,FSoE) and safety PLC does not set reserved output signal byte0.bit0 you get red banner. this is common if PLC is not yet connected or configured. in this case one can move robot using Startup mode

    when safety interface is configured as one of fieldbus types (ProfiSafe,CipSafety,FSoE) and safety PLC does set reserved output signal byte0.bit0 to true, banner is gone and you see full HMI as in your first image.

    What i understood from your last reply.

    If PLC does not make this byte0.bit0 to true then i will get this red line during power on condition and it will be reset from PLC/HMI.

    In other case i got full HMI as per the first image.

    In my case i need this red line during the power on condition and it should be reset from PLC/HMI.
