Hello All,
I'm newer to Omron PLC programming and I'm looking for help on how Omron PLCs communicate to Fanuc robots, all of my past experience has been working with AB PLCs in Rockwell software. Omron's main communication mode is EtherCAT as many know. Do Fanuc robots have that EtherCAT capability? If not do the Omron PLC and Fanuc robot communicate other Ethernet somehow? Perhaps over messaging commands from the PLC?
I'm open and welcoming to all inputs.
