Hi everyone !
I'm still pretty new to FANUC programming, sorry if this has been answered already, tho I couldn't find any post with my particular problem. I have this error popping up when I move my robot in user. The robot is a M-10iA-10S. I tried moving it in joint, 1-2-3-4-6 have no problem, but when I try moving joint 5, it starts moving joint 6 for a second then pops this error up. I first tried checking the payload for the custom-made gripper, and decided to switch it back to the maximum robot payload (It didn't solve anything). I tried that before finding out that +-J5 was moving J6, now I don't really know where the problem could come from.
It's important to know that this robot is for a lab and therefor not used in the production lines, so a lot of people may have played with it's variables in the past without keeping track of it. Also, if needed, I can do a full reset of the robot (factory reset I guess ?), because it is not used by anyone at the time.
Anybody knows what this problem is ? Thanks in advance for the help :))

Edit : I also had collision detect alarm on joint 2-3-4 happening at random times, that's why I though about changing the payload at first. Don't know if these errors could linked or if the robot is really this far in bugs.
