Hello, long time lurker first time poster here.
I have noticed a weird problem with a YRC1000 that I am programming for a customer. My usual workflow includes moving files between robot and PC depending on where it is easier to make the changes I'm about to do, and I have a folder called PROG on my USB-drive for that, where I only store jobs and save/load when making changes. Then I also create folders named for example 20231127_A where I save full backups occasionally. When comparing changes between robot and PC before uploading changes I made at home I noticed that there were a lot of changes that weren't new, and after a bit of digging noticed that the files saved in todays folder was about a month old. After a bit of testing me and the customers programmer came to the conclusion that when I save a backup by going into the categories separately (JOB for example), and from there select certain files, or use EDIT -> SELECT ALL, I get the current version of the program that is actually loaded in the robot. But if I don't go into the subcatecories and just press EDIT -> SELECT ALL directly from the SAVE window, I get the old files.
Has anyone else ever seen anything similar? Customers programmer had never had this happen and he has worked with Yaskawa a long time.
