we bought several robots manufactured by ABB IRB 1400 M98 without firmware.
contacted the support service, they sent us a key disk and disks with firmware. Master3.2rel6 and Master3.2rel22, none of the sent disks fit. every time you try to load disk1, a message appears on the controller screen: "Error, media file does not match key disk. Please inset new disk and press any key to start loading".
Has anyone come across a similar problem and solved it? maybe someone has firmware for this robot model? I will be grateful if you help.
