Hello everyone,
I would like to ask a question if anyone here has experience with Kuka Vision Tech troubleshooting.
After one of robot (Kuka Agilus-2, KSS 8,6) in cell had problem with project(a lot of errors about no robot in the cell configured, no connection to RDC, problem with SmartHMI config etc etc), we used our backup and activated project. Everything seemed fine except one thing- we did not see the camera, respectively there was error with connection. I found out, that I have to check if Vision Service Host is running. So I opened the Local Services in windows on the controller and found out that the Vision Service Host is stopped. So I clicked on Start and the Error 14001 - Application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or ice the command-line sastrace.exe tool for more detail.
I checked IP addresses of cameras, they are ok. I checked the IP address of host, and it’s also ok. I tried to ping the IP address from my PC via KLI and it’s pingable. But this Service Host is impossible to run. Cold start with new files didn’t help either.
Is here someone who could help me what to check/reconfigure or set up?
