Hello,
When the SRVO-124 error appears, it means that the robot is not calibrated. When you change the batteries, you must keep the robot powered up so that it doesn't lose its calibration. Have you done the Quick MASTER calibration or the MASTER calibration?

No i have not. Because i cant master the robot in any way. Some people say it is because of the SRVO-75 alarm i am also getting? Is that right or am i doing something wrong?

Procedure
1 Display the positioning menu by following steps 1 to 6.
1 Press [MENU] key.
2 Press [0 NEXT] and select [6 SYSTEM].
3 Press F1 [TYPE], and select [SYSTEM Variable] from the menu.
4 Place the cursor on $MASTER_ENB, then key in “1” and press [ENTER].
5 Press F1 [TYPE] again, and select [Master/Cal] from the menu.
6 Select the desired mastering type from the [Master/Cal] menu.
2 To reset the “Servo 062 BZAL” alarm, follow steps 1 to 5.
1 Press [MENU] key.
2 Press [0 NEXT] and select [6 SYSTEM].
3 Press F1 [TYPE], and select [Master/Cal] from the menu.
4 Press the F3 RES_PCA, then press F4 [YES].
5 Turn off the controller power and on again.
3 To reset the “Servo 075 Pulse not established” alarm, follow steps 1 to 2.
1 When the controller power is switched on again, the message “Servo 075 Pulse not established”
appears again.
2 Move the axis for which the message mentioned above has appeared till alarm disappears when
press [FAULT RESET] in either direction.But the Servo 075 fault won't go away because when i try to move axis 5 axis 6 begins moving and it clicks into Servo 124 and servo 024. I hope this helps a bit.
For error: SRVO-075
Cause : The absolute position of the Pulsecoder has not yet been established. This alarm normally appears after BZAL orCMAL.
Remedy: Reset the alarm and move the axis on which the alarm occurred until the same alarm no longer occurs (jog one motor revolution). This alarm must be cleared before mastering.
When you move the robot, do you move it in Joint?
Yes i move it in joint but when i jog axis 5 axis 6 moves like 3 degrees and i get Servo 124 and servo 024 axis 5 wont move at all. So my understanding is that i need to move the robot to solve 075 to do the mastering and calibration but i cant move the robot because of 124 and 24 so i cant calibrate it. All other axis are fine btw.

Yes i tried, still won't even move a nano meter.

I'm curious as to how often you are replacing batteries. The M10 has a coil at J3 for the internal harness. Problems happen here often especially with welders. The srvo-024 could be related to a cable problem but usually a motor or servo amp. It has nothing to do with the mastering and changing the batteries.

Someone turned the robot off while battery's where empty so we got the alarm the calibration was lost. Then when trying to calibrate we got this error.
I am also wondering why axis 6 now moves when trying to move axis 5 in joint mode?? Axis 6 moves 3 degrees before we get the error’s.
