I am currently working on a robotics project that needs my robot to be connected to a ground station with Cat5e/Cat 6 ethernet and 48V 4 amp power. I've been searching around, and I can't find too many hybrid connectors that are able to fulfill my needs. Am I just looking in the wrong places? Or should I just stick with having two separate connectors and cables that are wrapped together?

POE is good for up to 30W but your needs are 200W so that is not an option.

so you need cable that can be used for Ethernet and elevated power levels. if you have the suitable cable and just need a connector, you can use any of the modular ones. for example it is very common to exchange data, IO or safety signals and power over such connectors when interfacing CNCs to a robot or PLC. one connector is housing several connector inserts with different polarity, pinout, etc. in fact it does not even need to be only electrical connections (can also include compressed air). so talk to your connector supplier (Harting, ILME, Weidmuller, Intercontec...).

Here are some of examples of Harting (dominos)
