    Hi everywone,

    I need some help with a few problems with my new fanuc robot.

    It started with "SRVO-062 BZAL alarm" in all axis. But that was solved.

    After that someone made changes on "System - Master Cal", but im not sure which ones. Press "Yes" on some of these:

    1. FIXTURE POSITION MASTER

    2. ZERO POSITION MASTER

    3. QUICK MASTER.

    6. SET QUICK MASTER REF.

    7. CALIBRATE.

    The robort wasn't in zero position.

    Now robot just make some noise and vibrations, and then shows "SRVO-050 Collision Detect alarm (G:1 A:3)", and "SRVO-053 Disturbance excess (G:1 A:3)." The robot could move in JOINT mode before de changes.

    Also shows the warning "Payload Configuration Not Complete".

    I think the robot thinks it's in a collision with itself, due to a bad position/zero calibration, but I have no idea. Can anyone help?

    menu/0/system ---F1 type .....select variables.

    Scroll down to $DMR_GRP press enter twice

    The first variable is MASTER_DONE = TRUE

    Make it false

    It joint coordinate jog the robot to zero positions (witness marks)

    when finished

    Menu/0/system

    F1 type

    select master/cal

    zero position master

    then calibrate

    if the robot doesnt have any payload for example a tool you can go into the payload settings

    menu/0/system

    F1 type

    select motion

    highlight payload [1] press detail

    change the first line PAYLOAD to = 0

    press the PREV key

    Press F5 SETIND

    1 then enter
