I have a mctl-003 alarm that won’t clear. I cannot master the robot, as this alarm stops the Robot from jogging. I have reset the PCA, power cycled, shift reset. I checked the ST and it is 0 in all axis, so I’ll need to re-master. Has anyone else had this issue? We have a brand new TP cable and replaced all the batteries as it had a Shri-062 on all axis. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You will get this alarm when you try to start when there is a fault.
Check your alarmhistory, there is an alarm before this and you will have to solve that before you can start.
Also, when the encoders were without batteries, you will have to move each axis about 30 degrees to let the encoders know where the zero is.

kluk-kluk Thank you for your response. There is a SRVO-075 alarm which means the 6 axis need to be moved before I can re-master the Robot as you have mentioned. The issue I have now is that I can not jog the Robot, even after I have cleared all the faults.

You have the robot in joint mode ?
Linear modes are not possible when the robot is not mastered.
