Connection problem -- robot doesn't move on Kuka SIM pro 4.0 - OL 8.6

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with kuka sim pro 4.0, I've already able to connect it with Officelite, I can download and upload programs to OL but I'm not able to jog the robot in Kuka SIM using the keys in OL. In the help of kuka sim says that a VRC Tab must be appear (after doing click in program tab) when you select a robot, but that tab doesn't appear(VRC TAB). I don't know what I'm doing wrong or what is missing.

I guess yes it is, but how to know if it's running properly? I have these addons installed, Maybe I need to activate something else. I'm new using the softwate, so I don't know wich addons or packages I requiere exactly.

In Officelite I've already installed VRC connection.

After pressing the but play, a new window appear apparently the configuration of the robot wasn't the same in OL and in Kuka sim so was necesary dowload somo programs (mada) from th OL to Kukasim. And at the end I was able to job the robot,
