How to make suspend macro job

You create a suspend macro to same way as any another macro.
A difference is the suspend macro would be a non-group job. So you are limited to what you can do.
Another difference is when you set in macro job name to be an instruction. You register it as a suspend macro instead of a execute macro.
A macro job in general runs just like a call job.
The suspend macro runs whenever the macro execute job is interrupted by a hold or e-stop.
