Hi all,
I'm currently working on brand new robot : KRC4-KSS8.6.
I face some issue in EtherCAT topology configuration by integrating a EK1100 in serial with EP modules.
While using only EP modules, I don't face any issue on the bus : X44 > EP1008 > EP2008 > EP6224
But as soon as I integrate an EK1100 module (both in Wov and physical) I get KSS13068 errors on further EP modules and I don't have found any solution so far... (see attachement)
Cabling is ok : I 've checked the EtherCAT topology with another software (Visual Studio - TwinCAT) and the EtherCAT network is correctly scanned.
I have also restarted the cabinet and reset button (Configuration > I/Os drivers > reset) pressed as well.
The X44-bus cycle time has been tested on different values 1-3-4-8 ms but I still get the error.
Do you have any clues on the source of the problem/ configuration setting I've missed so far ?
