Hi everyone,
I am currently working at a Ford facility and we are experiencing a recovery issue that I have not seen before. This is a retool so we are adding a new part type but the recovery issues have always been there. It is a 2 robot cell so I attached both robot's main program. The issue we are experiencing is the operator hits the "Return to home" button on the HMI and if they hold it down the whole time it recovers perfectly. However, if the operator lets go of the return to home button and hits it again it skips all the ELSEIFs calls in the recovery procedure and goes straight home. Is there something I can put in the recovery procedure to protect against this? As you can imagine this is becoming a crash hazard. TIA.
