Have you tried holding down the Stop button and programmable key 1 at the same time?
Hold them down until the pendant restarts, this will flash the pendant and it will upload a new image from the PC.

When you press home from the HMI, it forces a PP to main, and then sends the recovery program code number. If you're holding the button it's most likely doing that continously, and skipping round and round the routine until you let go of the button. The PLC loic should be looking for a signal "Recovery Active" to prevent this happening. If the Robot is jumping through all the recovery logic it is not finding any of the conditions true. So both PLC code, and Robot program recovery needs to be verified. The PLC code should be standard S7->IWFC blocks so unless it's been changed it should be ok. I would guess the recovery program isn't sound and there are issues with the position zones.
I would say ABB with Fronius CMT, ABB has a new Add-in option so you can select programming mode which means controlling the parameters through the Teach pendant, very versatile or you can use job mode which you just call a job number and use the parameters stored in the Power source. The Add-In means you can be connected to the welder using Robot studio and you can edit all the parameters through you PC/Laptop, copy jobs, name etc.
I have previously used Yaskawa with Miller/Fronius and SKS, ABB with Miller,SKS. And Cloos, with Cloos power source, I find the ABB Fronius combination a great combination personally.
Hi, not sure by the explanation what you're trying to do except from run a simple path. Don't adjust the quarternioins. You should use RobTargets for positions. While using Robtargets you can rotate around the X,Y, and Z while only working with MoveL. For example:-
MoveL RelTool(pUnLoad,-400,0,0,\Rx:=0,\Ry:=0,\Rz:=-20),v300,z1,toolGrip\Wobj:=Wobj0;
Hi, You don't use the Add In's for RW5, you just create a media pool like you used to and then in the options for Files And Folders, selct the folder for the media pool and use Sytem Builder as before.
