What is the - number of the robot? -A00, -B01, etc.

The -A00, -B01... is the revision of the base model of the arm. For example the ES165 original is a -A00, where the ES165-100 is a base ES165 with an extension tube to give you more reach but lessen the payload is a -B00 or -B01 depending on when the revision was made. Also, sometimes the design changes. For example the large robots (ES165, ES200...) have the three R/B&T motors at the back of the upper arm and drive the speed reducers through torque tubes. Yaskawa changed the design of the wrist unit that requires different torque tubes. The wrist units are not interchangeable, so the label on the robot defines what version wrist/modification the arm is.
