Hi everyone!
I have a situation where i need to place a part at the beginning of conveyor that stops by order of another robot at the end of the line. That means my robot can't wait for the new trigger and has to place the part in the last known position.
I have configured the conveyor track on WV. I have created the conveyor, assigned the resolver and the synchronisation switch goes automatically to the fast measure input 1 on the X33.
I initiated the conveyor at the beginning of my program and then called the "skip" function. In order to avoid out of range parts, I cleared all the buffer memories but one using the following code:
list_conv=CONV_GET_WP_COUNT(1);
list_conv=list_conv-2;
DEL_COUNT=CONV_DELETE_WPS(1, list_conv);
The problem here is that the robot still waits at given waiting position and starts the synchronisation after the new trigger is given.
Is there any way to place the part just after the the robot arrives the waiting position, instead of waiting for the new trigger?
