I have a question about this alarm, out of range drop value. If i stop the robot and go in and accidentally move the robot axis with my hand or object and try to start the robot back up i get this alarm but i am able to reset this alarm and keep going without much of a noticeable difference. My question is do i need to go to second home position too correct this difference in pulse position value or is it corrected automatically when i reset the alarm and start the robot back up? Thank you in advance!

It’s just a warning alarm. The robot had an axis move X many pulse counts generally with power off.
If the axis has been moved more than X many pulse counts with power off and you get Alarm: 4107 then you have to do the second home procedure.
The amount for both alarms are different. Drop value may be only 100 pulses. Out of range absolute data 4107 250 or 500 pulses.
You can get the drop value and not the out of range absolute data. If you get the out of range absolute data, you are almost guaranteed to get the drop value alarm when you try to turn on servos.
