You need to use the DREG and BITS commands to copy AS signals to register and register back to AS signals, then in KLOGIC move those registers to Mxxxx.
Then you can use AS Signals and KLOGIC transparently.
I made a video of this on Linked In demonstrating this using KROSET D Controller and KLadder.

Very useful and clear.
Remember that KLogic is an independent software PLC optionally available and has it's own unique addressing system.
It only has specific reserved addressing when using the controller general purpose IO or/and general purpose fieldbus IO, the rest is completely standalone.
All these addresses are covered in the KLogic/KLadder Manual Section 2.2 - 2.3.
Internal AS signals have no direct addressing to KLogic, therefore any integration between them require using the data registers.
