1.when you say to check machine data?can you please tell me the folder path to follow in the smartpad menu?.
2.as for the configuration,i have entered the folder configuration then subfolder machine configuration and then i have this message "the checksum stored on the rdc for the safety configuration does not match the configuration found on the hard drive,and it has some wizards under it... i have opened one and i tried to activate the configuration with a button ,,,but it replies that "you do not have sufficient user rights to activate safety configuration"i have logged on as user,as expert and as administrator but none gives me the permision to do it... as a safety technician user,it accepts me to do it but i wanted first to ask here before i confirm it,i attach pictures
3.as for the mastering of the robot.can i do it with a gauge dial?what gauge dial should i buy to do it?ofcourse i do not have a mastering tool..i am amateur
4.as for rthe motion enable...the troubleshooter gives to me 2 solutions...either activate motion enable from higher level plc or configure motion enable,,,,what should i do? ...i enter display inputs outputs/automatic external i attach pictures .
5.how about the pnio driver and device.?can i do something for this thing?
and one detail.i have 2 complete robots,the previous picture with the errors was from the combination of one robot arm with one controller...there was a mismatch error as i saw in the previous picture that i have posted.so i post again the current errors of the supposedly correct combination of robot-controller. first error pic while registered as a safety maintenance technician and second one as i have turned on start up mode
