Is there rating plate on Controller you provide picture of?

I know that from outset, if you have failed hardware, this would be very difficult to find any replacements to exchange.

Don't whether I can help, but lets try...…...

1. You say doesn't work anymore - please can you be specific?

- Error information.

- Can error be cleared for period, or does it return straight away.

- Does error appear on power up, or after actions.

- If after actions, what actions are you trying to do.

- Can you manually move robot in Teach Mode.

- Also, can you improve pictures of LED's, need to see more from the side to show ALL LEDS on each board.

As much information as you can provide at this point would be helpful please.

Your error LED's are pointing towards the installed batteries on the 9ZA board to be exhausted.

Do you know, when these were last changed?

Also, whilst on topic of batteries, do you know when you last changed the batteries on the Robot too?
