i saw several videos on the net with big robots (with IRc5 ), the guy push slowly the robots and it's moving like a collaborative robots.
that will be interesting to use it .
any body know how do ?

Can't be sure without more details, but usually getting a "big iron" robot to work like this involves adding a realtime control package, and a joystick of some type on the end effector with a deadman switch built in. Most big robots simply can't "feel" people pushing on them the way cobots can. And the big irons will always require a deadman switch enabling device -- any hand-guiding solution that doesn't involve a deadman is almost certainly unsafe and a violation of RIA spec, and assorted legal safety regulations.
if you don't look at the safety, you can do this with force control or softmove. There is definitly a program in the robot, where the guy is absolutely aware off. But yes, you can push a robot, and it might act like a spring or so
