Could someone advise me how to remove a1 gear? I removed all the bolts but the gear will not separate, what am I missing? Please see pic.

The threaded though holes are designed to be used with some long bolts or all thread as jacking bolts. Install an equal amount of bolts around the perimeter and turn each one by a quarter turn as you work around the perimeter; eventually it will pop.

Those 4 large threaded holes allow to have acces on bolts that have to be removed from inside. They are 12 or 16 don't recall exactly .After removing first 4 you need to rotate the shaft untill reach on next 4....and so on untill all are dismantled Then you can use two long threaded bolts on external ring to lift gear from tight position.
When is released u can take it off with a crane.
Same gearbox RV320EL-184 is on axis A2 and procedure is same
