    Good day!

The company I am working in has acquired a KR210 with VKRC2 controller. I am trying to jog the robot but I cannot do it as I can't figure out how to enter T1 manual mode. I made some jumpers on XS2 interface to get rid of external emergencies. Can someone please tell me how to wire E2 and E7 pins so I can enter T1?

Wait a moment -- what kind of KCP do you have? The T1/EXT selection should be on the KCP.

As it can be seen in the photos it's a VKCP 2 and I think it only has manual and automatic mode selection, not T1 or T2. When I select manual, why does it stay only on T2?

No, you have T1 and EXT. The "hand" icon on the key switch indicates T1. VKCPs had T2 and AUT modes removed, as per Volkswagen's orders.

I can only tell how it is on the VKRC1. There it depends on how you do the E2 bridge if manual mode is equal to T1 or T2. Applying 24V on E2 channel 1 will lead to T1 where as channel 2 will gt you into T2.

Hope this helps also with the VKRC2.

I have done the following bridges, but the display is still showing SStep [T2]. I got this image from kuka service. Unfortunately, now I have annother error: "Software limit switch+A2". An error that persists whatever the configuration of XS2 is "Syntax error in file init/vw_ascii.ini in row 15". Thank you very much for taking the time to help me!

Thank you! I'll try these tomorrow and see if it works. I probably did something wrong cause they're exactly like those that KUKA service gave to me...
