Hello. If I am going to replace an old computer that is currently hooked up to a robot for vision control processes I won't have to redo any of the vision processes will I? I'll just need to set the static IP for the new pc and connect to the robot and the vision setup screen should display the same as it did on the pc being replaced correct?

What is the PC doing? Is it just used to view/edit the vision from the robots web server? Are you using iRVision?

the computer is just there to watch the vision runtime and originally to setup the vision processes - we are using 2 stationary cameras. Sorry, I barely know what I'm talking about haha - I think I'm overthinking it - the vision processes are stored in the robot control, the PC is just the interface. I assume there shouldn't be an issue with swapping the PC out.

Swap it out and install the vision controls is all you should have to do, along with setting up the computers IP and such to match the cell.
