We have been having a reoccurring issue with one robot being off location on ALL of its points. For a while it was every 3 months like clockwork, but more recently, it has not followed the time frame pattern. It is always off the same distance and direction.
We checked the zero position and all the marks line up. Checked the mastering data and the numbers are correct. Checked the witness marks on our tooling, the tool is not loose or moving. We have been reteaching all the points (it picks a part up, puts glue on it, and places it onto another part) but i was wondering if there is an easier, quicker way? Or if there could be a reason this is happening in the first place???
