we have a controller (V) KRC 2 ed 05, KSS 5.5.16 with a KR2150 robot, we do not have the standard RDW, but we got an RDW SAFE card.
we have installed the technology KUKA SAFE ROBOT 2.1.2
in the controller we have the CI3 BUS card, but according to manual we should have the CI3 TECH to connect the cable X21.1 - X41 , but i dont have this card.
the teach presents the error (411), safety mode is not possible and (444) failure in safety output num 3 and 4 is presented.
According to the Kuka Safe robot technology manual in the safety parameters, saferobotdisable should be true, however it still presents errors.
how can I disable that protection?, we only want to enable the robot without using the protection of the safe rdw.
