We run a UP6 w XRC, lots of programs on it that we use. We had battery failure (these were replaced last year) which we replaced. It is now out 1-2" on all programs. How do we re calibrate?

Hello
This maybe a long shot, open the controller door. on the door you should find a sticker with the abso data for the home position.
enter into management mode, drive all axis to their alignment marks. then type in the abso data from the door into "home position"
if you now go to 2nd home position. the different should be almost 0. if not then a motor has been replaced at some point and the new data was not recorded.
let me know or PM me for more info. -
So we looked inside of door and could not find any SLURBT info for home position. Current errors are "encoder battery weak" (reinstalled today) and then when we go into world we get "set home position". If it wasnt out 1" we could push start and it would weld even with those codes. What does this sound like?

You've lost the encoder data. Change the batteries in the back of the robot. You will then need to recalibrate the axes so you can move in RECT, TOOL or USER.
