I am using CC Link to communicate with the PLC.The communication is established is ok and baud-rate set is 10MBPS,occupied stations 4,all seems working.I am seeing the external Input status in the Robot (For Example#2008X ) blinks even though the input is steady on from the PLC.Please help me if anyone came across the same issue. Thanks

I can only say that I have not seen this, but I do have a CCLink cell I am working on now that I might be able to troubleshoot with you.

Is this a new install or on a previously up and running system? Was this a board replacement? There is a group of bits that tell the status of the board. Generally, they are a lower or higher address than that. I have come across this when installing multiple communication boards into the controller when one comms card was already configured and running.

This is a New install,we found that the wire DG is Loose and fixed it .After that the input has gone steady but after while it started behaving in the same way as before. We are commissioning this new cell and this is the only communication board we got with the inbuilt Ethernet Card.

Do you have terminating resistors installed in the correct locations? I have seen this problem when a CC-Link Network has incorrect terminating resistors.
-
Yes, I think if the terminating resistors are not installed correctly means we should get CC-Link Comms error in the PLC Module as well Right?
-
Missing / Mis-installed terminating resistors can cause a wild variety of errors.
My most recent example was a new cell would run perfectly for exactly 15 minutes, then all I/O would drop out and come back a few seconds later. This turned out to be a resistor installed across DA-DG instead of DA-DB
