Hello!
I have a very old kuka robot:
KR 6/2 + KC1
i'm not able to confirm system version, although, on the Readme file it says Release V2.2.8, so I guess it refers to the kuka software.
Short version: Not able to turn it on completely or move robot. I got system error 70205 which I can't find in the manuals to know what to do next.
Long version:
The problem I'm having started yesterday. I tried to turn on the robot, computer is on ok, fan and everything, but then it got stuck Loading the kuka system, around 10% it said in the screen "Cargar sistema" (which means load system). I made a cold restart, after checking that every cable was plugged in, and hoping that it was just dust or something like that. The second time i got a message before kuka software started to load saying something about an error on Ether(something) (sorry i can't remember exactly what it said, it dissapeared very quick), and then the same message again and stucked at 10%. At this point I was not able to change to Windows, I could see the Start menu and use ALT+TAB to see which programs were open, but the screen was stuck at the KUKA loading.
I turned it off and called it for a day.
This morning I turned it on and it loaded completely! I changed to expert user, confirmed messages, and tried to jog the robot, but it was not moving (enable key was not turning green), then i thought to change from T1 to AUT to test the other enable button and a new window appeared on screen, a lot of messages wich i was not able to read, it closed fast and then i have at the bottom of the s
creen the following messages (i can only read 4 as that program is frozen, i can not do anything or navegate at all i it)
StartUpOCX 'C:/PROGRAM FILES/KRC/MADA/R1/' copied
StartUpOCX 'C:/PROGRAM FILES/KRC/PowerOn/Steu/' copied
StartUpOCX 'C:/PROGRAM FILES/KRC/PowerOn/R1/' copied
KRC System error 70205
After some search i am not able to find that error message or what it means, so i have really no clue on what to do next. Please help. (I have no install files or CD backups at hand, as this was a robot which was stored several years in some factory deposit, it was very difficult to even find every cable! so they have no idea about any CD's)
Thank you!!!!
