Hi dear,
I am restarting a robot KR5 arc in a customer that was stopped more than 2 years, firstly I had a problem "invalid operation mode", but it was a MFC3 board.
After the change I moved the robot normal in T1 and T2 more, but when I change the mode to SIT and press the button to turn on the drives it never be ready ( the letter "I" in KCP stay red ), it doesn't show any message just (KSS200 ADAPTATION NOT PREPARED)
I have already changed the KCP, the KPS600, ESC board and MFC3 with the robot beside that.
I assembled X11 again with th following connections:
Emergency:
1-4 /19-22
Safe guard:
7-8/26-26
Drives:
41-42/43-44
Jumpers:
2-3/20-21
88-106/89-107
5-6/23-24
38-50/39-51
Does someone knows what cause this problem?
