About 10 years ago, my company purchased a used robot cell. It came equipped with a up6 and an xrc controller. We have had issues with both the controller and robot over the last year and because of the availability of parts we are thinking about upgrading the robot and controller to a newer model... A robot comparable in size and maybe an nx100. We were hoping to keep the cell. My question is would it be too terribly complicated to move all the programming to the new controller. Its kind of a make or break for continuing with motorman hardware. If im going to have to reprogram all the parts we just may go with a different make of robot this time around.
Secondly, does motorman have thru arc tracking and touch sensing options available for the nx100?
