Hi, in full-speed auto my servo guns seem slow to open and close and I can't achieve cycle time. I am looking for ideas on how to speed up. Any help appreciated.

Gary, have you considered removing some a couple spot welds? That should save you maybe 4s. [emoji38] -

You can confirm that the speed of servo guns is correct according to the model of the same.
You can increase the pre-opening and post-opening acceleration of the servo-gun.
You can adjust the distance of pre-opening, post-opening and position of the gun for each point of welding.
If it is standard, it allows you to use contours in the welding points.
You can optimize times, adjusting welding parameters.
You can use accelerations in the path of the robot.
