ftp client dx200

Good morning
i test a ftp client in dx200 but not function,i set rs005=1 and fd42=1 and fd77=1....
i set in the windows ftp profile a numeric ok ftp server for external device and i click verify appare the message data accessed with other function because?
If i use the exarnal software client for conneted to external device it's ok maybe the problem there is in a robot
