Hello, I hope someone can help me here.
I have a kuka kc1 controller at the school, it boots to windows fine until it says "starting technology", then windows starts rebooting. I managed to boot up completely two times, but it says that it needs to shut down and it also shows messages saying that there are no axis found. I have tried another hdd, motherboard, ram, processor and expansion cards from other controller but I havent touched any of the other internal components. I have also noticed that the bottom controller board does not have any LED's on, I dont know if that's normal
Kuka kc1 reboots after starting windows

When you tried the HDD from the other controller, did you re-image it from the old HDD, or just transplant it as-is? My first thought is that the old HDD might have some file corruption that requires re-installing KSS and/or Windows.
However, transplanting a HDD from a working KRC1, without re-imaging it, should work fine -- you'll simply need to fix the Robot Data to match the serial number and robot model. If you have a valid Archive of the broken robot, it's usually a valid approach to copy the hard drive from a working robot, wholesale, then perform a Restore All from the Archive to get back the broken robot's unique data (and programs).
Aside from that, boot-looping like you describe is most often cause by hardware issues (motherboard, RAM, HDD bad sectors, etc), but it sounds like you've already ruled out most of those by swaptronics.
You're going to have to be more specific than "bottom controller board."

Thanks for the reply
At first I though it was the hdd but after changing it the problem did not solve. However it booted completely after some tryes with the "new" hdd but now it does the same as before. Now I have another problem, the bios does not detect the original hdd, it detects the CD reader but not the hdd, so I will try to plug it in a pc and copying all to the "new" drive to see if when it boots I can make the robot move.https://goo.gl/images/Huih52
Inside the case there are two parts, the upper one that has all the leds for the voltages, and the bottom one, that has leds for the axis and the watchdog. In my controller all the leds on the upper part are on, but all the ones on the lower part are off, and I dont know if they sould be on or if they turn on when you start moving the robot. -
I can't speak to the LEDs on the PM6 module.
If the BIOS is not recognizing the hard drive, that suggests a serious issue with the HDD, the motherboard, or the HDD cable.

Yes i know the hdd isn't working properly because it recognizes the other one but it also keeps rebooting with both one.

Does the other KRC1 boot properly with either hard drive?
