Hi everyone, first time poster here and new with robotic arms.
The company I work for has a project that utilizes a KR 60-3 Kuka and KRC4 controller.
I have jumpered x11 connector for all safety circuits, but I am still getting KSS00020 error code "External EMERGENCY STOP".
I have read plenty of pages here on this forum, and tried the suggestions they had, but to no avail.
Please let me know what other info I can provide to help.
Also bear with me, I am a noob with this stuff and am teaching myself as I go.
