Hi ppl,
I have trouble deciding what robot to use for painting purposes.
Payload is min 10kg
Work range is min 2000mm
Any help is welcome.
I have not worked with either of them so it should be user friendly.

I think you should ask what ABB and Fanuc (or integrators in your place), if it's your only chices, offers in this case.
If you are planing to integrate this robot yourself then this task ain't gona be easy and user friendly. If it's your first robot I highly recomend to hire an integrator.
For other to provide any advice you need to describe your case in more detail.
Both ABB and Fanuc integrators are close so that is not problem and I will hire one of them for integration.
The thing that troubles me is programming later on, which is easier to learn and program.
Personally, I'm more fond of ABB than Fanuc for high-end program development. OTOH, Fanuc has a bigger reputation in paint than any of their competitors, as far as I know, and may well have a pre-packaged option that would minimize your future workload.
If you're simply doing paint, without any advanced program development, and if Fanuc has an option pack that will fit your requirements, they're probably the better choice. OTOH, if you expect to need to do advanced software development on your own, I'd lean towards ABB (and if you do choose Fanuc, make sure you buy the KAREL option -- doing advanced Fanuc programming without it is, in my opinion, a recipe for pain).
Thank you for information/advice , in paint cell we wont have many color changes per day... I will need to do more corections to programs and new painting program,so offline programming and easiness of creating new paint programs is important...
